In this strategic role, you will ensure the design, execution, and continuous improvement of digital upskilling programs that empower individuals and teams with future\-ready skills. You will combine pedagogical insight and change enablement practices to ensure learning initiatives drive real organizational impact. **Tasks:** * Plan, prepare and deliver training in Digital Competences * Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced). * Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands\-on exercises. * Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning. * Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of technology. **Qualificações** * Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft 365 * Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) \- mandatory * Mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools * Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies * Communication, collaboration and growth mindset * Excellent communication and didactics * Experience in the creation of pedagogical content * Valued experience in online training (Teams)
