Business Analyst Temporary position Your mission: The Business Analyst is part of one of the following Finance areas: Wholesale Business Control and works in close cooperation with his stakeholder(s) outside of Finance. Business Analyst operates at the local level and reports to the Wholesale Business Controller Manager Location: Vialonga Your Responsibilities: * Provide financial insight on business performance to support decision\-making * Ensure accurate P\&L recognition and reporting. Analyze costs streams and identify ways to maximize efficiency. * Monitor actual costs vs Budget/ROFO and provide early warnings on deviations. Present results to the relevant management teams. * Act as a finance business partner to Wholesale Team, namely Head, S\&DD and Logistics Teams on a regular basis. * Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Provide business insights rather than data * Maximize business performance by advice, guidance, and influence/strengthen decision making in the relevant working area. * Develop reports and create deeper analysis to bring insights to management * Drive effective collaboration with HGSS in order to achieve further process improvements at optimal costs * Drive effective collaboration with internal \& external audit. * Continuously evaluating and improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. We want you to bring: * Degree and / Or Master’s in management, Economics, Accounting * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Controller or Accounting in a multinational or FMCG * Knowledge on reporting \& Accounting * Good knowledge of understanding of the business processes * Knowledge of On Trade European Market * Knowledge of Sales Market * Be able to act as an independent and challenging business partner * Hold the legal documents required for the provision of subordinate labour in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor). * English (minimum B2\); * Portuguese (fluent) * Resilience. * Project Management skills * Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail * Microsoft office tools, SAP R3 Na HEINEKEN, produzimos excelentes cervejas e construímos grandes marcas.
