This role will contribute to the development of end\-to\-end solutions fully aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze business needs and define functional and technical requirements * Create and maintain user stories * Implement end\-to\-end solutions on the Salesforce platform * Develop components on the platform (Flows, LWC, Apex, among others) * Perform integrations with external systems (SOAP and REST) * Execute testing, bug fixing, and deployment processes * Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business objectives **Requirements:** * Strong knowledge of Salesforce: + Sales Cloud + Service Cloud * Experience with: + Lightning App Builder + Standard Lightning Components and UI + Apex (Triggers \& Classes) + OmniStudio and Vlocity + OmniScripts, Flows, and FlexCards * Experience with integrations using: + SOAP + REST * Knowledge of: + PL/SQL + Git
