This hybrid role combines classic systems administration with responsibility for implementing and monitoring cybersecurity practices, safeguarding sensitive data, and supporting compliance requirements in a fast\-paced, innovation\-driven environment. You will manage day\-to\-day IT operations (servers, networks, cloud systems), while also strengthening our security posture through audits, monitoring, and best\-practice implementation. **Key responsibilities** **Systems Administration** * Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and cloud environments (Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure). * Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper\-V) and monitor system performance. * Maintain and optimize network connectivity, VPN access, and firewall configurations. * Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. * Provide 2nd\-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. * Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations. **Cybersecurity** * Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures. * Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management. * Monitor and manage security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions. * Support compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GxP). * Develop and test incident response and recovery plans. * Provide user training and awareness sessions on cybersecurity best practices. **Your Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * 4\+ years of experience in system administration with exposure to cybersecurity. * Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud\-based environments (AWS, Azure). * Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and firewall management. * Hands\-on experience with security monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus/endpoint protection). * Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GxP). * Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security\+, CISSP, CISM) are a plus. **We Offer** * Integration in a highly motivated team; * Working in an international environment; * Employee benefits package; * Career development.
