Summary: Support performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics, conduct market research, and coordinate creative assets within a dynamic team environment. Highlights: 1. ROLE: Campaign Support \& Execution: Support the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist the team in the preparation of performance dashboards and regular reports to support data\-driven decision\-making. Market \& Competitor Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and keywords to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency. Creative \& Copy Coordination: Work closely with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, advertising copy, and landing pages for different audiences and channels. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred); Previous experience or practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years); Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to develop within performance marketing; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Fluent in Portuguese and professionally proficient in English; Team\-oriented, autonomous, proactive, and responsible; Good organizational and prioritization skills.
