The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of digital marketing tools, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and WhatsApp. * Create reports using Excel, including basic data analysis and visualization * Help track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) * Schedule and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) under supervision * Stay updated on current trends and best practices in digital marketing **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * 1 year of hands\-on experience in digital marketing or a related role * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is **required** * Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Mailjet or similar * Comfortable with tools like Canva * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** * Italian language proficiency is a **plus** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis is a plus * Experience with marketing automation tools * Understanding of CRM systems. **Additional Information** iad est un employeur qui respecte l'égalité des chances.
