Summary: Ensure product compliance, perform quality inspections, and maintain documentation for food safety and quality standards, supporting certification efforts. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements 2. Perform quality control inspections on materials and products 3. Support food safety certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food) ROLE: Ensure compliance of products with established quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, in\-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with food safety and quality specifications. Record and maintain quality control documentation for raw materials, production processes, and finished goods. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and the Document Management System. Verify and evaluate suppliers of raw materials and finished products. Support the preparation and maintenance of food safety certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food, and others. QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education in Food Industry, Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Techniques. 1 to 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. Training and/or experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, and IFS Food. Detail\-oriented, proactive, responsible, and quality\-focused professional.
