About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable **Retail Assistant** to join our team. Previous retail experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
* Help customers find products and answer their questions
* Operate the cash register and process payments
* Refill shelves and keep products organised
* Check prices and product displays
* Receive and organise stock deliveries
* Keep the store clean and tidy
* Help with stock checks and inventory
* Provide good customer service at all times
* Work as part of a friendly team
Requirements
* Friendly and positive attitude
* Good communication skills
* Basic English or Portuguese
* Reliable and responsible
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn
* Previous retail experience is an advantage but **not essential**
