Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; * Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector; * Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services; * Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes; * Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high\-quality deliverables; * Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work; * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices; * Provide technical support and guidance to end\-users and stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; * Minimum of **4** years of experience in **Dynamics 365 development;** * Proficiency in C\#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server is a plus; * Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); * Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS; * Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git; * Experience in the energy and resources sector is highly desirable; * Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions; * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail; * Strong analytical and organizational skills; * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment; * Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
