Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together! **What You'll do:** * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Information Systems and Software Development projects. * Produce clear and comprehensive functional documentation to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment. * Model and optimize business processes using BPMN notation, ensuring efficiency and consistency across solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Agile environments, applying methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Define, specify, and execute functional tests to validate business requirements and solution quality. * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the delivery of effective technology solutions. **Who You Are:** * Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related Information Technology field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects. * Proven experience in functional analysis and documentation. * Strong knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN. * Hands\-on experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent frameworks. * Experience in test specification and execution. * Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. * Proactive, analytical, autonomous, and solution\-oriented professional. **What you'll get:** * Wage according to candidate's professional experience; * Remote Work whenever possible; * Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; * Benefits plan; * And others.
