Oportunidade de aprender e evoluir em ambiente internacional **PT:** **Principais tarefas:** * Monitorizar e analisar alertas gerados pela ferramenta de DLP * Tratar alertas de nível 1 de acordo com procedimentos definidos * Escalar casos mais complexos para nível 2 quando necessário * Abrir, atualizar e acompanhar tickets de incidentes de segurança * Ajudar na investigação de possíveis fugas de dados * Apoiar a revisão e melhoria das regras e políticas de DLP * Preparar reporting simples e dashboards mensais * Acompanhar backlogs e garantir cumprimento dos processos * Apoiar a integração de novas entidades no sistema DL **Perfil:** * Perfil **júnior / entry\-level**, com interesse em IT e cybersecurity * Confortável a trabalhar com **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Capacidade de **seguir processos e regras** de forma rigorosa * Experiência ou facilidade em **abrir e gerir tickets** * Boa capacidade de **análise básica e atenção ao detalhe** * **Francês falado** (obrigatório) e bom nível de inglês * Boa comunicação e espírito de equipa * Vontade de aprender e evoluir em ambiente internacional * **Regime hibrido nos escritórios do Porto** **EN:** **Main Tasks** * Monitor and analyze alerts generated by the DLP tool * Handle Level 1 alerts according to defined procedures * Escalate more complex cases to Level 2 when required * Open, update, and monitor security incident tickets * Support investigations of potential data leaks * Assist in the review and improvement of DLP rules and policies * Prepare basic reporting and monthly dashboards * Follow up on backlogs and ensure process compliance * Support the onboarding of new entities/scopes into the DLP system **Profile** * Junior / entry\-level profile with an interest in IT and cybersecurity * Comfortable working with **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to strictly follow processes and procedures * Experience or ease in opening and managing tickets * Good basic analytical skills and attention to detail * **Fluent French (mandatory)** and good level of English * Good communication skills and team spirit * Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment Pagamento: 15 000,00€ \- 18 000,00€ por ano Benefícios: * Cartão/Ticket refeição Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Porto
