Main Responsibilities * Greet customers and escort them to their tables; * Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages; * Efficiently and courteously take and serve orders; * Ensure proper setup and organization of the dining room; * Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas; * Assist in restocking supplies and products; * Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff; * Deliver attentive service and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Profile * Professional appearance and strong communication skills; * Friendliness, professionalism, and customer orientation; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and punctuality; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure; * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
