Main Responsibilities: * Customer service and advisory support; * Sale of tools and equipment; * Shelf replenishment and store organization; * Stock management and goods receipt; * Issuance of sales documents and administrative support. Required Profile: * Experience in public-facing roles (preferred); * Knowledge of tools, accessories, and industrial components (an advantage); * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction; * Sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and dynamism; * User-level computer literacy.
