Your key responsibilities are: The duties of a hotel receptionist include: * Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, * Conducting guest check-in and check-out procedures, * Providing guests with information about the hotel, available services, exclusive hotel experiences, local attractions, and directions. * Processing payments, issuing invoices, and managing guest charges and accounts. * Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met. * Resolving any guest issues efficiently and professionally. * Maintaining accurate guest records, transactions, and other relevant activities. * Actively promoting hotel services. * Delivering excellence in service, personalized attention, and adhering to Belmond and LQA standards in all customer interactions. **Requirements** **What We Are Looking For** * Previous experience in this role or a similar position in the hospitality industry. * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
