**REQUIREMENTS:**
× Bachelor's degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy;
× Valid Professional License;
× Professional experience in the role;
× Training in Radiological Protection and Safety (preferred);
× Experience in team coordination and leadership (preferred);
× Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills;
× Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, organization, and decision-making ability;
× Focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and dynamism;
× Immediate availability.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
× Technical and operational coordination of the Radiology Technologists team, in close collaboration with Clinical Management and Hospital Operations Management;
× Planning and organizing the department’s daily activities;
× Ensuring compliance with regulations, protocols, and best practices;
× Supporting the integration, training, and development of team professionals;
× Performing General Radiology, Computed Tomography, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry examinations, following established guidelines and/or direct instructions from the Radiologist;
× Applying radiological protection and safety techniques and standards when handling ionizing radiation.
