Collaboration in the continuous improvement of equipment reliability **Maintenance Technician (M/F) – Lousã** **The Company** Faster – Food Products, Lda. specializes in the development and manufacturing of ultra-frozen meals and food products, combining innovation, quality, and food safety. As part of a group with over 25 years of experience in the food industry and certified industrial units, Faster is currently strengthening its team by integrating a Maintenance Technician for its Lousã industrial unit. **Role** Main responsibilities include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on industrial equipment and facilities; * Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical failures; * Ensuring proper operation of production and packaging equipment; * Conducting regular equipment inspections to identify intervention needs; * Collaborating in the implementation and execution of the preventive maintenance plan; * Performing necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize production downtime; * Supporting the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new equipment; * Maintaining records of all maintenance interventions performed; * Supervising external service providers and specialized technical interventions; * Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations; * Contributing to the continuous improvement of equipment reliability and efficiency; * Supporting general maintenance of factory facilities and infrastructure. **Profile** * Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or a related field; * Experience in industrial maintenance (preferred); * Experience in a manufacturing environment (valued); * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and industrial equipment maintenance; * Ability to diagnose and resolve failures; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. **We Offer** * Permanent employment contract; * Attendance bonus; * Opportunities for professional development; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience. **Work Location** Lousã Salary: €15,400.00 – €21,000.00 per year Work Mode: On-site
