You'll be the face of the hostel — welcoming guests, supporting them throughout their stay and helping create unforgettable experiences. **What you’ll be doing:** \- Handling check\-ins and check\-outs \- Promoting and selling tours \& events \- Communicating with guests in person, by phone, email and messages \- Keeping the hostel tidy and welcoming \- Helping at the bar with snacks and simple drinks **What we’re looking for:** \- Previous experience in hospitality or reception \- Fluent in Portuguese and English \- A work permit for Portugal \- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude \- A sociable, organised and adaptable personality Sound like you?
