Job Summary: We are seeking a Health & Safety Technician to ensure regulatory compliance and the physical and psychological well-being of employees, by developing and implementing preventive and protective measures. We are looking for a Health \& Safety Technician to join our Occupational Health and Safety team in the North/Central region of the country, and we believe we will be \#betterwithyou! Reporting to the Area Coordinator\-SST, this person will be responsible for carrying out activities that ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, thereby contributing to the physical and psychological well-being of employees at their workplace. We count on you to… Develop occupational risk assessment processes; Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and prevention/protection activities against occupational safety and health risks; Collaborate in worker information and training processes, as well as with other stakeholders at workplaces; Conduct hygiene and safety audits across various business units; Plan and conduct emergency drills across various business units; Prepare Self-Protection Measures and monitor the implementation of existing ones; Coordinate work performed by service provider companies; Develop company relations with official institutions; Collaborate in identifying and implementing legal obligations related to occupational hygiene and safety; Ensure organization of documentation required for managing prevention within the company. Therefore, you bring with you… Higher education degree \- Essential to ensure theoretical and practical knowledge; Occupational Safety and Hygiene Technician Certification (Level VI) \- Required to perform specific occupational safety and hygiene functions; Proficiency in computer tools from an end-user perspective \- Fundamental for managing safety documentation and reports; Strong analytical skills, organizational sense, and results orientation \- Essential for identifying risks and implementing effective solutions; Dynamism, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity \- Important for anticipating problems and promoting continuous improvement; High ethical standards and professional integrity \- Necessary to ensure legal and moral compliance in safety practices; Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team \- Crucial for collaborating efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders.
