Dynamic and responsible work Client Profile: 2 Resource – Temporary Work Agency, Lda., is recruiting a cultivation operator (M/F) for a prestigious client company. Job Description: - Planting and Cultivation: Soil preparation, planting, and monitoring the growth of various flower species; - Maintenance: Watering, pruning, weeding (removal of weeds), and application of necessary treatments; - Field and Greenhouse Work: Operations carried out both outdoors (open air) and inside greenhouses, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions; - Cutting and Preparation: Selective harvesting of flowers and organization for dispatch; - Production Logistics: Handling of trays, pots, and other production-support materials.
