**Mission:** The lamination team’s mission is to produce molds and prototypes of composite parts for UAVs. Laminated components pass through our team at every stage — from lamination to painting. We test new manufacturing techniques and methods to improve the final product.
**Location**: 100% on-site in Caldas da Rainha
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Producing composite parts and molds;
* Performing repairs on laminated parts;
* Supporting validation testing of components after production;
* Ensuring continuous improvement of lamination processes;
* Assisting in research on new materials, technologies, and equipment.
**Profile and Requirements:**
* Knowledge of lamination (preferred);
* Knowledge of technical drawing (preferred);
* Experience in metalworking (preferred);
* Problem-solving ability and proactivity;
* Attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking;
* Ability to work under pressure;
* Strong communication skills, both within and outside the team.
