Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and implementing improvements and preventive/corrective maintenance, conducting visual inspections, and supervising maintenance projects in facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Develop improvements and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Perform carpentry work and minor repairs in the building. 3. Supervise maintenance projects and propose maintenance plans. Your Responsibilities – Develop facility improvements according to requests from various departments. – Carry out preventive and/or corrective maintenance of facilities, arranging necessary contacts. – Perform carpentry work. – Carry out minor building repairs. – Supervise maintenance projects for exterior buildings to ensure they remain in good condition and well-maintained. – Conduct visual inspections. – Develop and propose maintenance plans for buildings and exteriors to enable timely work planning. Your Profile **– Minimum qualifications:** High school diploma (12th grade). – 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry. – Forklift operator certification. – Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics. – Training in overhead cranes and elevating platforms.
