If you seek to be part of this revolution, this is your opportunity! **Location:** Lisbon **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Rotational Shifts * Day Shifts (08:00 \- 17:00 \| 11:00 \- 20:00 \| 12:00 \- 21:00 \| 14:00 \- 23:00) * Night Shifts (23:00 \- 08:00) \- 2x per Week **Job Responsibilities:** * Reservation Management: Update and monitor reservations on online platforms; * Payment Processing: Issue invoices, manage refunds, and ensure strict control over financial records; * Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to information requests via email, messages, and phone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication; * Internal Communication: Relay relevant information to operational teams (Property Care, Maintenance, Front Office, etc.), promoting alignment and efficiency; * Customer Retention: Contribute to a positive guest experience, enhancing guest satisfaction and encouraging loyalty; * Continuous Improvement: Suggest and support implementation of improvements to internal processes and procedures, based on guest feedback and operational analysis. **What We Expect From You:** * Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
