Continuous opportunities for development and training Continental is recruiting an eBusiness Application Manager to join its team in Lousado, with a hybrid work model. Continental is a global automotive company and one of the leading tire manufacturers, developing sustainable, safe, and convenient solutions for automotive OEMs, industrial customers, and end consumers. In this role, the selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of the digital services and solutions portfolio of the Replacement Tire EMEA business unit, primarily in a B2B context. **Responsibilities:** Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of eBusiness applications; Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Replacement Tire EMEA business unit; Plan and manage projects autonomously; Coordinate local key users for respective applications; Guide, train, and support the EMEA user community on eBusiness applications; Ensure system support and maintenance in collaboration with internal or external IT teams; Support roll\-outs, including testing phases; Manage marketing budgets for selected applications; Ensure activities align with global marketing and sales strategies; Evaluate performance metrics of applications under responsibility; Develop innovative solutions to support growth and continuously improve application effectiveness; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments; Ensure an integrated approach with other departments and sales channels; Promote best practices, operational efficiency, and optimization of user experience. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field; More than 3 years of professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, IT, or as an Application Key User; Knowledge of business and IT processes in sales and eBusiness domains; Experience in international and cross-functional projects; Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management; Experience leading projects; Teamwork capability; Willingness to work in virtual teams; Professional English, both written and spoken; Willingness to travel within the EMEA region. **Preferred Qualifications:** German or Portuguese language skills; Experience in internal process automation; Experience in customer experience optimization; Knowledge of APIs, UX, AI, and B2B digital solutions; Experience with eBusiness applications in an international environment. **Offer:** Flexible and hybrid work model; Join an international, dynamic, and collaborative team; Participate in digital projects with impact on marketing, sales, and operational efficiency; Continuous development, talent promotion, and training opportunities; Join a global organization. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Continental fosters a workplace where all individuals feel safe, respected, and valued.
