**About the Project** Our client is a fast\-growing startup on a mission to change the deskless work experience. With over 3\.8 billion deskless workers across the globe, the challenges and potential are endless. We are looking for an experienced developer to further develop the platform. You will build a product that customers love and use daily — a product that is fun to use, fast, reliable, and scalable. You will tackle a wide array of problems, from developing a UI that is responsive and engaging to choosing the right backend technologies to solve specific product use cases at scale. **Ownership \& Responsibilities** As a Product Full Stack Developer, you will be assigned to one of our product groups consisting of representatives from sales, customer success, support, data, marketing, and R\&D. Each group member contributes inputs from their respective team. The goal is to gain a holistic view of your part of the product to make informed decisions. Together with your product group, you will understand customer use cases and needs, define the roadmap, and plan weekly sprints. Additionally, as the developer in the group, you will be responsible for pushing your product forward technically — including solving bugs, planning architecture, coding features, and deploying updates to production. **Required skills**: * 5\+ years of experience working with frontend (React) and backend (Python) technologies at scale * Experience with a wide variety of technical tools such as different database types, queues, design patterns, and architectures * Ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions and select the best options * Experience scaling services to millions of users * Understanding of the complexity of web technology, constraints, UI/UX * Experience with State Management libraries (MobX, Redux) * Experience developing backend services in Python * Experience developing robust frontend in React **Advantages**: * Experience with running production workloads on AWS/Azure platforms * Experience working with AI tools and technologies, including integration of AI APIs, prompt engineering, or building features powered by machine learning models Tipo de oferta: Período Integral Pagamento: 5 000,00€ \- 9 000,00€ por mês Pergunta(s) de seleção: * How many years of experience do you have with Python? * How many years of experience do you have with React?
