Possibility of permanent integration into the company Madre Fruta is recruiting Warehouse Operators to strengthen its Production Department. Selected professionals will work at Madre Fruta's facilities in Pechão. Main responsibilities include: * Performing loading and unloading of goods (fruit and packaging), packaging, labeling, conditioning, palletizing, computerized processing of product intake and dispatch, warehouse cleaning and sanitation, and other tasks required in warehouse logistics; * Performing various operational tasks supporting warehouse logistics activities, according to instructions provided by the respective coordinator. **Profile:** * Minimum qualification: 12th grade; * Portuguese language (written and spoken) is mandatory; * Professional experience in a warehouse setting (preferred); * Forklift operator training (preferred); * Training in logistics (preferred); * Proficiency in end-user computer tools (Excel, Word, and others); * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekly rotating days off; * Specific Competencies: Ability to coordinate and optimize resources; Organization and methodology; initiative and results orientation; critical analysis for problem solving; Safety orientation in the workplace. * Transversal Competencies: Versatility, dynamism and proactivity; willingness to work in a team and cooperate; ease of interpersonal interaction; strong sense of responsibility and commitment; tolerance to pressure and adversity. * Availability to start duties in March 2026. **We Offer:** * Initial training for the specific role; * Indefinite-term employment contract (Full-Time); * Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas allowance + holiday allowance (approximate gross monthly amount = €1250; this amount does not yet include any potential overtime payments); * Possibility of permanent integration into the company.
