Electric Mobility Trainer Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Participate in technical training sessions organized by international manufacturers; Assimilate and adapt technical content to the needs of the After-Sales network; Design, prepare, and deliver technical training to After-Sales teams; Provide technical support for the implementation of new models, technologies, and repair processes; Develop and update training content and materials; Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the technical competencies of the network. Profile Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive mechanics; Solid knowledge of automotive electrification technologies, including hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), and battery electric vehicles (BEV); Experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing high-voltage systems (preferred); Good command of English, enabling participation in international technical training; Valid CCP (Mandatory); Willingness to travel within Portugal and abroad; Strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing; A mindset of continuous learning and interest in the latest automotive technologies. Prior experience as a technical trainer; Technical certifications in the automotive field; Familiarity with training methodologies and competence development frameworks; Experience with international brands and emerging mobility technologies.
