Focus on customer service and satisfaction **Automotive Workshop Manager** A leading company in the automotive sector seeks to strengthen its team by hiring an Automotive Workshop Manager for the Lisbon area. **Responsibilities** * Lead and motivate a high-performance technical team * Ensure efficient and profitable workshop operations * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and satisfaction * Manage inventory, warranties, complaints, and administrative processes * Monitor financial performance and work towards its optimization **Requirements** * Proven experience in workshop or similar facility management (mandatory) * Experience in team leadership and management (mandatory) * Knowledge of automotive mechanics and/or mechatronics (preferred) * Organized profile with a results- and customer-oriented mindset * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills **Conditions** * Base salary \+ Meal allowance \+ Cost-of-living allowance \+ Variable bonus * Integration into a solid project * Career progression opportunities * Location: Lisbon Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 working days.
