As a Consultant within Accenture’s Management Consulting Talent practice, you will help clients transform their people strategies and workforce capabilities through innovative solutions across HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning \& Development, Change Management, and AI in HR. You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to design and implement talent and organizational transformation initiatives that enable long\-term business success. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Support the delivery of HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation projects, as well as talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives. * Contribute to the design and implementation of Change Management and Learning \& Development initiatives. * Analyze client challenges and help develop talent and workforce solutions. * Support the adoption of AI in HR and digital workforce transformation initiatives. * Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client and project teams. **Job Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field. * Experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Change Management, or Talent projects. * Experience in consulting or client\-facing environments. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Fluent in English and Portuguese.
