Job Summary: This Trade Marketing trainee supports the Human Resources team in talent acquisition, learning & development, internal communication, and administrative management. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on internal communication and corporate social responsibility projects **Position:** Trade Marketing Trainee **Location:** Oeiras **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days remote) **Duration:** 12 months **Responsibilities:** \- Support the Human Resources team across various functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning \& Development, and internal communication projects. \- Collaborate in recruitment and selection processes, from candidate screening to interview coordination. \- Assist in administrative management of employees and contractual processes. \- Participate in training and organizational development initiatives. \- Contribute to internal communication projects and corporate social responsibility initiatives. \- Support administrative and supplier management processes, including purchase order management. **Profile:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. \- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources. \- Solid analytical and organizational skills. \- Proactive, dynamic, and learning-oriented profile. \- Good communication and teamwork skills. \- Proficiency in English.
