This will significantly increase your chances of success #### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Senior SharePoint Developer** to design, develop and enhance modern corporate intranets based on **SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365**. You will create reusable components, customizations, integrations and collaborative solutions that support internal communication, document management, teamwork and business productivity. This position offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of modern SharePoint solutions while collaborating closely with Architecture, UX/UI, QA, Project Management, business stakeholders and clients. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop SharePoint Online solutions based on functional and technical requirements. * Implement, maintain and enhance corporate intranets and collaboration portals. * Develop reusable components using SPFx. * Configure Communication Sites, Team Sites and Hub Sites. * Implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services and external systems. * Participate in the technical design and architecture of solutions. * Apply development best practices related to security, quality, performance and maintainability. * Perform unit and integration testing. * Support SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives. * Provide post\-production support. * Produce and maintain clear technical documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical and business teams. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * At least five years of professional experience in SharePoint development. * Proven experience with **SharePoint Online**. * Experience developing corporate intranets and collaboration portals. * Strong knowledge of document management and Microsoft 365\-based Digital Workplace solutions. * Experience throughout the project lifecycle, including technical analysis, development, testing and post\-production support. * Fluent Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. * Availability to work on\-site in Lisbon five days per week. **SharePoint Online Expertise** * Functional administration of SharePoint Online. * Communication Sites, Team Sites and Hub Sites. * Lists and Libraries. * Managed Metadata and Content Types. * SharePoint Search. * Permissions and security models. * Modern SharePoint Experience. **SharePoint Development** * Strong experience with **SPFx — SharePoint Framework**. * Development of custom Web Parts and Extensions. * Application Customizers and Command Sets. * HTML5 and CSS3\. * JavaScript and TypeScript. * React.js. **Microsoft 365** * Microsoft Graph API. * Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID. * Microsoft Teams integration. * OneDrive for Business. * Viva Connections is considered an advantage. **Power Platform** * Power Automate. * Power Apps. * Integration between SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. **Integration Skills** * REST APIs. * Microsoft Graph. * Integration with external systems. * OAuth 2\.0 authentication. * JSON and XML. **Azure Knowledge — Nice to Have** * Azure Functions. * Logic Apps. * Azure Storage. * Azure App Services. * Azure API Management. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Azure. * Experience modernizing or migrating SharePoint On\-Premises environments to SharePoint Online. * Knowledge of UX/UI principles for corporate portals. * Experience with Viva Connections or other Employee Experience Platforms. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Git. #### **Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills when interacting with technical teams, clients and business users. * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. * Attention to quality and detail. * Collaborative and team\-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. #### **The Ideal Profile** The ideal candidate is a **Senior SharePoint Developer** with strong hands\-on experience in SharePoint Online, SPFx, React and Microsoft 365\.
