Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. **Job Overview** The Production Operator reports to the Production Supervisor. The incumbent is responsible for operating equipment and all associated processes (raw material preparation \& packaging, discharge, filling, and labeling), in compliance with legal requirements and company standards. **Key Responsibilities** Performs, under supervision, elementary production tasks, including: * Raw material preparation and packaging: identifying and preparing correct quantities and transporting them to the appropriate production area, reporting any deviations from normal conditions and recording process control data. * Operating equipment in accordance with process instructions and procedures. * Monitoring equipment to maintain processes at desired operational speeds. * Performing initial product testing and discharge to ensure no deviations from specifications have occurred. * Verifying labels and packaging materials, ensuring correct labeling and compliance with process instructions and procedures. * Packaging finished products according to instructions and HB Fuller quality standards. * Conducting all operations in compliance with Quality standards and expected Operations procedures, adhering to all applicable legal and HSA company rules. * Responsible for housekeeping within their assigned area. * Performing any other tasks requested by the Planning and Production Supervisor **Minimum Requirements** * Compulsory minimum level of education * No prior experience required * Familiarity with common software (MS Office) * Ability to read and understand work instructions, production processes, safety standards, and quality instructions \& procedures * Availability to work rotating shifts (This requirement does not override terms stipulated in existing employment contracts with individual employees). **Preferred Requirements** * 1 year of experience in an industrial environment * Basic English language skills **Physical Requirements and Work Environment** * Manual labor and lifting of weights * Temperature, dust, odors, and noise are typical conditions in chemical environments *H.B.
