As part of its Growth and Development Strategy for its operations, we aim to strengthen the Production Management by integrating a **Special Installations Engineer (m/f)**, whose main responsibility will be: * Support site managers in monitoring specialty projects (Electrical Installations, ITED, HVAC, Plumbing). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support site management in controlling work scheduling, activities related to special installations (electrical, telecommunications, security, elevators, HVAC, DHW, Solar, GTC/Home Automation/KNX, Water and Sewage, Firefighting Networks, External Infrastructure), execution design, and compliance with established quality and safety regulations and standards. * Support site management in subcontractor management to optimize project profitability, as well as in controlling the submission and follow-up of PAM – Material Approval Requests. * Support site management in handling additional works and client claims, as well as analyzing different proposals and MC – Technical/Economic Comparative Tables. * Support site management in relations with the client and/or inspection bodies, defending FCM's interests and proposals. * Support site management in coordinating special installations with other specialties and civil works, ensuring compatibility with the design and identifying all detected inconsistencies. #### **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar; * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; * Registration at OE/OET, ANACOM, ADENE, ANEPC (an advantage); * Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and MSProject (preferred); * English language skills (preferred); * Strong organizational, adaptability and flexibility skills; * Resilience, action-oriented and proactive; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Availability for national travel; * Immediate availability (preferred).
