As part of the maintenance department, professionals will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of industrial equipment, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency of the production processes at the manufacturing facility. We seek dynamic candidates with strong responsibility and motivation to join a specialized technical team. Responsibilities Ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment; Perform scheduled inspection routes to periodically verify the operation and condition of production plant infrastructure; Detect mechanical failures: repair, adjust, assemble, and disassemble rotating machine components as well as other motorized and manual equipment; Carry out metalworking, grinding, and welding tasks; Maintain records of inspections and interventions for which they are responsible; Actively participate in continuous improvement of the production unit’s equipment. Requirements Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields; Professional experience in industrial maintenance (preferred); Knowledge of industrial mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding; Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and organizational capacity; Team spirit, dynamism, and sense of responsibility; Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Saturday; Residence in Estarreja or neighboring areas, including Aveiro, Albergaria-a-Velha, Murtosa, Ovar, Oliveira de Azeméis, Ílhavo, Águeda, or Sever do Vouga.
