Analysis of equipment performance indicators We are selecting an Equipment Maintenance Manager for the Department of Research, Development and Process Innovation. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field; * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a medium- or large-scale industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, industrial electronics, general electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and technical drawing; * Knowledge of working with machine tools; * Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the equipment maintenance team, promoting the development of technical and behavioral competencies; * Plan, coordinate and supervise industrial equipment maintenance activities; * Ensure technical compliance and traceability of interventions; * Analyze equipment performance and reliability indicators; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety requirements and procedures. **Work Location:** Serpins (Lousã)
