Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analytics Technician to support decision-making, manage data, and provide administrative support to the commercial team in Maia. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Business Analytics Technician (Maternity Leave Cover)** for our **Strategic Business Development department in Maia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare analyses to support business decision-making; * Provide administrative support to the commercial control area; * Administratively support and accompany the commercial structure in preparing the annual budget, revisions, and operational activities; * Monitor the execution of customer portfolio management dashboards; * Assist in preparing pricing structures to support negotiations with customers and product development; * Manage and maintain customer, materials, and pricing databases; * Prepare month-end reporting information (surveys; INES; …); * Ensure adherence to the commercial team’s sales methodology. **PROFILE** * Academic background in Business Management or related field; * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred); * Good command of English (spoken and written); * Advanced technical knowledge of Excel; * Knowledge of SAP (preferred); * Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven.
