Build side: * Design, develop, and extend Java services using Spring Boot and Micronaut * Write and maintain small, well\-tested RESTful endpoints * Read, understand, and extend high\-performance Angular 14\+ applications (RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, lazy loading) * Translate UI/UX mock\-ups and design specs into reusable components and modules * Own the component library (Storybook or similar) and enforce style guides * Write unit tests to ensure code quality * Participate in code reviews and collaborate on API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) Run side: * Collaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth releases and maintenance * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both back\-end and front\-end services * Support migration and refactoring projects to new architectures or technologies * Ensure systems meet quality, security, and performance standards * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and team collaboration **This is your background** You have **at least 5 years of software development experience**, with **2\+ years leading IT teams** in fast\-paced, high\-load environments.
