We specialize in aggregating and comparing financial products—such as banking, insurance, and utilities—to help over 10 million users across Europe make informed, unbiased financial decisions that save them time and money. **The Role** We are looking for a highly analytical **Product Manager** to drive our platform's growth. You will be responsible for translating data into strategic decisions, optimizing user experience, and managing the product lifecycle from backlog to implementation. **Key Responsabilities** * **Strategy \& Backlog:** Define product roadmaps (OKRs), manage stakeholders, and write user stories. * **Optimization:** Analyze conversion reports and run A/B tests to improve UX and business leverage. * **Execution:** Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to implement updates and manage the platform via Storyblok. * **Insights:** Deliver data\-driven insights to leadership and maintain clear documentation. **Qualifications** * **Experience:** 3\+ years as a Product Manager in online businesses. * **Skills:** Highly analytical mindset with practical experience in Scrum and A/B testing. * **Tools:** Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery, and Notion is a plus. * **Languages:** Fluency in **Portuguese (mandatory)** and English. * **Location:** **Must be based in or near Lisbon.** Proximity to our office is essential for this role. **What We Offer** * Health insurance, Meal card, and Transport subsidy. * A collaborative role within a leading international fintech group. * Clear opportunities for professional growth and impact.
