In this role, you will be the main point of contact for French speakers using a world\-leading online finance platform. We are looking for people who are great at talking to others, solving problems, and providing excellent service in one of Europe's most beautiful cities. **Your Daily Responsibilities** As a customer advisor, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Customer Help:** Answer incoming questions through phone calls and online chat, giving clear and helpful advice on how to use the payment system. * **Tech Support:** Help users set up their accounts, check their payment status, and fix technical problems. * **Security \& Fraud:** Keep an eye on account activity to protect users from fraud and ensure their online transactions stay safe. * **Team Communication:** Work closely with your international coworkers and managers, using English to stay updated on new projects and goals. * **Improving Service:** Keep accurate records of customer feedback to help the company make the app even better for everyone. ### **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need a specific work background because we give you full training! * **Language Skills:** You speak and write French perfectly.
