Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily production line activities, ensuring personnel safety, achievement of production targets, and adherence to quality standards, while guaranteeing high delivery levels and operational excellence.
### **Accountabilities:**
Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring compliance with plans, priorities, and defined objectives. Organize daily team meetings to align on topics related to production, quality, delivery, and safety. Define priorities and assign tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Supervise production processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality requirements, and resolve critical operational issues. Monitor and update production records, as well as control material consumption. Ensure effective communication with other departments and represent production lines in meetings whenever necessary. Coordinate activities with other supervisors to ensure overall operational alignment and efficiency. Make decisions and resolve problems in accordance with business policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, particularly those relating to quality, ethics, safety, and environment.
### **Knowledge \& Requirements:**
* Experience in an industrial environment and/or similar roles
* Supervisory experience is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
* Knowledge of Lean / LSS tools (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office tools
* Fluency in English

This attractive role offers a salary range between €27,000 and €32,500 (paid in 14 installments). Note that this range corresponds to the salary grid applicable to all positions at this functional level. The final salary offer will consider various factors, including skills, experience, and location.
