Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Occupational Safety Technician to oversee occupational safety and health (OSH) activities on Very High Voltage construction sites, identifying hazards and promoting safety. A collaborative and mutually supportive work environment Bragalux aims to strengthen its team by hiring a Senior Occupational Safety Technician for Very High Voltage construction projects in the Northern region of the country: * Supervision of occupational safety and health activities on site, including inspections, safety visits, and oversight of high-risk tasks; * Identification and assessment of hazards, verification of preventive measures implementation, and proper use of personal and collective protective equipment; * Conducting onboarding sessions, awareness campaigns, and safety training activities; * Recording and tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, as well as supporting accident, incident, and near-miss investigations; * Preparing OSH reports and documentation; * Liaising with site teams, site management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Profile: * Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive individual; * Oriented toward planning and organization; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork capability. Requirements: * Professional Certification / Title of Senior Occupational Safety Technician – Level VI (mandatory), along with appropriate academic qualifications; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in occupational safety and health, preferably within construction environments; * Knowledge of applicable OSH legislation and requirements, as well as the ability to identify hazards and implement preventive measures; * Valid driver’s license and user-level computer proficiency.
