In general: consultative, research, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making. Preparation of opinions and projects—individually or as part of a team—with varying degrees of complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities within common instrumental and operational areas of agencies and departments. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even if supervised by qualified senior staff. Representation of the agency or department on matters within one’s area of expertise, making technical decisions guided by directives or higher-level instructions. Specifically: responsible for preparing technical information and opinions in the field of sports; planning and promoting the organization of sports initiatives; encouraging community participation; defining sports plans—including designing and scheduling activities, drafting respective regulations, and disseminating them, notably through contact with schools, while supporting their implementation; preparing opinions and reports on activities carried out; mediating and planning sports events initiated or promoted by the Municipality; developing, monitoring, and evaluating sports development program contracts; assisting in the maintenance and activation of municipal sports facilities.
