Our Porto\-based Excellence Center is looking for a** **Technical Support Specialist** **with a deep background in automotive mechanics to join our specialized fleet management and insurance services division.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In this role, you won't just be "handling calls"; you will be the technical backbone for our Spanish\-speaking clients, utilizing your mechanical expertise to validate repairs, manage technical claims, and ensure high\-quality service standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Validation:** Analyze and validate repair estimates and maintenance requests from automotive workshops across Spain. * **Expert Consulting:** Provide high\-level technical support to clients and partners regarding vehicle mechanics and maintenance. * **Claim Management:** Manage the end\-to\-end process of technical incidents, ensuring cost\-effectiveness and adherence to safety standards. * **Multilingual Communication:** Communicate effectively in **Spanish** (Native/C1\) and **Portuguese** (B2/C1\) to bridge technical gaps between different stakeholders. * **Process Optimization:** Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to the service workflow. ### **What We Are Looking For** * **Automotive Expertise (Mandatory):** Solid, hands\-on experience as an **Automotive Mechanic**.
