As a Shift Manager / Management Assistant, you will play a central role in restaurant operations. You will be responsible for leading teams during shifts, ensuring everything runs with quality, efficiency, and organization, and guaranteeing every customer enjoys an excellent experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Lead shifts, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and hygiene standards * Coordinate people, products, and equipment with a focus on results * Train, motivate, and support teams * Monitor operational tasks and management KPIs * Work closely with the rest of the management team Location: Vila Nova de Gaia or Porto City Centre We are looking for someone with: * Experience in team leadership roles (preferably in Hospitality, Retail, or Distribution) * Higher education qualification (an advantage) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile * Ability to work under pressure and manage stress * Comfort using digital tools * Availability for rotating shifts We offer: * Annual salary between €20,000 and €25,000, with progression * Quarterly performance bonus * Health insurance * Unlimited mobile phone plan * Permanent contract * Continuous training * Real opportunities for growth and advancement Here, your work makes an impact every day.
