Each day, you strive to deliver an experience that guests will remember for a long time*.* **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests and provide prompt service at tables * Serve food and beverages to guests, offering recommendations when appropriate * Share your menu knowledge to answer guest questions and accommodate special requests * Accurately and timely enter transactions into the MICROS system * Ensure guest satisfaction with every food item and beverage served * Clear tables, perform closing duties, and reset cutlery and other supplies **Qualifications We Are Looking For*** Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation * Positive attitude and outgoing personality * Prior serving experience is a strong plus. This role requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg). It also requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as maintaining a neat, professional appearance in a clean uniform.
