Opportunity for professional development and career progression We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management – Offices team in Porto, taking responsibility for managing a portfolio of office assets with emphasis on operational excellence, property value enhancement, client and tenant relations, and sustainable value creation. This is an opportunity for a senior-level, autonomous, results-oriented professional who wishes to have direct impact on asset performance, lead teams, and collaborate across specialized departments within a demanding corporate environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Portfolio Management and Client Relations Take strategic, operational, financial, and asset management responsibility for a portfolio of office buildings. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners/investors, ensuring close, clear, and solution-oriented communication. Implement and monitor business plans for assets, contributing to their appreciation and profitability. Prepare and present periodic reporting on operational and financial performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Tenant and Lease Management Manage tenant relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and efficient resolution of operational issues. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, guarantees, contractual obligations, and renegotiation processes. Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Technical, Marketing, and Agency & Transaction teams to maximize outcomes. Propose initiatives to generate additional revenue and monetize common areas, always aligned with client objectives. Operations, Budgeting, and Asset Enhancement Supervise daily building operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and user experience. Manage and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor variances, and propose optimization measures. Coordinate internal teams, service providers, and external partners to ensure consistent service levels. Identify opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, sustainability, and asset enhancement. Leadership and Collaboration Coordinate and develop the team under your responsibility, fostering autonomy, alignment, and execution quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other departments to leverage internal knowledge and cross-selling opportunities. Represent the company before clients, tenants, external entities, and public authorities, maintaining a professional and excellence-driven posture. **What We Are Looking For:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management, Asset Management, Real Estate, or similar roles, preferably in office assets or commercial portfolios. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; postgraduate studies, MBA, or Master’s in Real Estate Management and Valuation will be valued. Proven ability to manage demanding clients, teams, vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities. Strong results orientation, analytical thinking, critical judgment, and decision-making capability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach and focus on value creation. Autonomy, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish language skills will be an advantage.
