We are seeking a rigorous **Back Office Advisor** to join our multicultural center in Porto. In this role, you will leave telephone calls behind: your mission focuses exclusively on e-mail and chat support. You will be the behind-the-scenes expert guaranteeing precise, swift, and empathetic solutions to our customers. ### **Position Overview** * **Channels:** 100% Non-voice (E-mail & Live Chat) * **Mission:** Resolve complex requests, manage account documentation, and provide administrative support in French * **Location:** Porto, Portugal (On-site or hybrid options depending on the project) ### **Financial Package & Benefits** We value precision and reliability.
