Assist housekeeping management in daily operational activities. Serve as liaison to coordinate efforts among housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry departments. Document and resolve issues related to unserviceable rooms with the front office. Prepare and distribute staff assignment sheets/schedules to housekeeping personnel. Record, monitor, and update the "Do Not Disturb" room list. Ensure timely cleaning of dirty and vacant rooms, and assign priority rooms and those previously marked "Do Not Disturb." Perform administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations. Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures of the brand; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Wear a clean, complete uniform at all times; maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty; respect confidentiality when sharing brand- and/or hotel-specific information, and protect all company property. Greet and welcome all guests according to brand standards; anticipate and respond to their needs; and sincerely thank them. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; unite and support one another to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to fellow employees’ concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and accurately proofread written documents thoroughly. Enter and retrieve professional information using computers. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods. Lift, carry, pull, push, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
