As a management support professional, you will be responsible for style\="list\-style\-type:square"\- * Customer orientation: ensuring the team provides appropriate attention and guidance to customers. * Supporting achievement of target sales results by identifying and optimizing sales opportunities. Ensuring ongoing monitoring and analysis of KPIs, providing continuous feedback to the Store Director. * Supporting marketing and visual merchandising. * People and team: ensuring team training, motivation, and follow-up. * Ensuring daily priorities defined in the sales floor are met. Knowing the products available in-store and taking initiative to promote them. What We Expect From You style\="list\-style\-type:square"\- * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role similar to Assistant Store Manager within the retail and fashion sector. style\="list\-style\-type:square"\- * Experience handling high-volume workloads. * Strong customer and team orientation. * A university degree is desirable, particularly in Retail, Marketing, or Business Administration. * Computer literacy: proficient user of office applications (Word, Excel, Access, email, etc.). * A high level of English would be an advantage. * Availability for a 2-month training program across C\&A stores nationwide.
