




Job Summary: Responsible for managing, controlling, and organizing material stock, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures workplace safety and organization. **Warehouse Clerk** **Mission:** Responsible for managing, controlling, and organizing the *stock* of materials or products within the warehouse. Must ensure that goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures, maintaining record accuracy and integrity of stored items. **Responsibilities:** * Receive products or materials arriving at the warehouse, verify quantities and compliance with purchase orders and legal documentation; * Inspect quality of received items, record any damage or discrepancies found, and report to the responsible person for appropriate action; * Update incoming records in the stock control system; * Organize products in the warehouse efficiently, adhering to safety standards and specifications for each type of material; * Control item placement, ensuring optimal use of space and easy access to high-demand items; * Label and identify materials clearly and accurately, facilitating control and location; * Conduct strict stock control, recording incoming, outgoing, and movement transactions; * Carry out periodic inventories to ensure physical stock matches system-recorded stock, adjusting possible discrepancies; * Monitor stock levels of products or materials, flagging when replenishment or procurement is required; * Prepare products for shipment, packaging, labeling, and organizing according to upK-established standards; * Ensure products are ready for delivery by the scheduled deadline, meeting quality and safety requirements; * Oversee goods delivery, ensuring processes comply with upK-established requirements; * Strictly adhere to safety regulations during material handling to prevent accidents and property damage; * Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace for employees and stored products; * Prepare periodic reports on stock status, including low-turnover items or those nearing expiration, and suggest process improvements; * Collaborate with personnel from other departments; * Positively contribute to implementing the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System (QESMS) as per assigned role, ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements and continuous QESMS improvement; * Ensure all employees implement the QES Management System, complying with legal and other requirements and supporting continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Academic Qualifications: Technical secondary education in logistics or related fields (equivalent to 12th grade). * Preferred experience with Office 365 from an end-user perspective and proven practical experience in this role. * Other preferred qualifications (experience, languages, software): certified forklift operator training, preferably.
