The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel materials, equipment, and facilities, ensuring high levels of effectiveness and efficiency in interventions, thereby contributing to guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Perform general repairs and maintenance services; Carry out painting, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work; Implement maintenance plans defined by management; Ensure proper upkeep of facilities and equipment; Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities; Collaborate with various hotel teams to ensure equipment and facility operability; Assess the condition of materials, equipment, and facilities subject to intensive use; Anticipate anomalies and required corrective actions; Propose improvement suggestions for optimizing expenses and conserving materials, equipment, and facilities. **Requirements:** Completion of secondary education (12th grade); Flexibility and resilience in a seasonal resort environment with a fast-paced rhythm; Cultural sensitivity and adaptability; Comfort working in a multicultural resort environment; Strong sense of responsibility; Ability to work effectively in a team; Rigorous adherence to maintenance and safety procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical/vocational training in maintenance; Professional experience in hotel maintenance roles; Multiskilled knowledge in painting, carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, and electricity. **Offer:** Gross monthly salary between €1,100 and €1,400; Permanent employment contract; Birthday day off; Themed celebrations; Partnered benefits with external entities; Curative medical care; Staff restaurant; Integration into a hotel brand with 60 years of history; A collaborative and inspiring work environment.
